Weight Loss

At Gippsland Dietetics, we know that diets are not the answer to long-term weight loss.

 

We calculate the amount you require and the amount from each food group you need and help you to design your own eating plan.

In addition to this practising mindful eating can assist with re-educating our bodies and our brains on when we have eaten enough.

Gippsland Dietetics understands that losing weight can be challenging and helps provide positive encouragement to help us navigate the barriers that have stopped us from losing weight in the past.

 

There are many tricks which will have you eating less and appreciating your foods so much more which leads to better health overall and weight loss.
